基于慕课背景下的应用型本科院校“食品化学实验”教学改革与探索 被引量:8

摘要 慕课是"互联网+教育"的产物,正在对传统的教育教学模式变革产生深远的影响。"食品化学实验"课程作为食品科学与工程类专业的专业基础实验课,对于提高学生动手实践能力、分析和解决问题能力具有重要作用。但传统的食品化学实验课程还存在诸多问题,与应用型人才培养的目标尚有差距。针对目前"食品化学实验"教学现状及问题,从优化课程教学体系、构建网上教学平台、加强课堂互动教学及建立合理成绩评定体系等方面,探讨如何在慕课背景下有效地对"食品化学实验"课程教学进行改革。 MOOC is a product of“Internet+Education”and is having a profound influences on traditional education and teaching models.As a professional basic experimental course in food science and engineering,the Food Chemistry Experiment course plays an important role in improving students'ability to practice,analyze and solve problems.However,the traditional Food Chemistry Experiment course was still has many problems,and there was still a gap between the goal of training for applied talents.Aiming at the current situations and problems in teaching of food chemistry experiment.Exploration on the teaching reform of Food Chemistry Experiment course in the background of MOOC,including optimize the course teaching system,constructing online teaching platform,strengthen classroom interactive teaching and establish students'achievement evaluation system.
