摘要
本文探讨了问题教学法在食品化学实验教学中的应用。在教师提出一些引导性问题的基础上,鼓励学生带着问题去边思考边做实验,并在实验过程中引导学生发现问题、思考问题和解决问题,从而提高学生的实验积极性和培养学生的创新能力。
The question-based teaching method was used in food chemistry experiments to improve the teaching effect. The students were encouraged to do experiments bring with some questions, and find problems in the experimental process, think and solve of that were also encouraged, so as to arouse students’passion and initiative and to cultivate students＆#39; innovation competence.
