摘要
目的观察葛芪降糖方药联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变(肾虚毒滞型)患者的疗效。方法选取2013年12月至2014年12月期间,我院2型糖尿病周围神经病变,且证属肾虚毒滞型的患者60例,采用随机数字表分为中西医结合治疗组(葛芪降糖方药联合甲钴胺)、西药组(甲钴胺),每组30例,8周为1个疗程,观察2组患者临床疗效,以及治疗前后中医证候积分、密西根糖尿病性周围神经病评分变化情况,并检测肌电图的变化。结果中西医结合治疗组较对照组更能明显降低中医证候积分和密西根糖尿病性周围神经病评分,临床总有效率优于西药组,神经传导速度明显优于西药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葛芪降糖方药联合甲钴胺能明显改善2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者肾虚毒滞中医证候相关的症状和体征、密西根糖尿病性周围神经病评分及神经传导速度,临床疗效优于单纯西药组。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Geqi Jiangtang Granule combined with mecobalamin in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(kidney deficiency and toxicity stagnation syndrome). Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with peripheral neuropathy in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014, who were proved to be kidney deficiency and toxin stagnation type were selected in this study. All of the patients were randomly divided into treatment group(combination of Chinese and western medicine Geqi Jiangtang granule combined with mecobalamin) and western medicine group(mecobalamin), with 30 cases in each group, 8 weeks for 1 course. The TCM syndrome score and the Michigan score were observed before and after treatment in two groups, all well as the changes of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, electromyogram. Results Compared to control group, treatment group with integrated Chinese and western medicine could significantly reduce TCM syndrome score and Michigan score, the total effective rate was superior to western medicine group;The sensory nerve conduction velocity was significantly better than western medicine group, the differences were all statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Geqi Jiangtang Granule combined with mecobalamin could significantly improve the TCM syndrome score, Michigan score and sensory nerve conduction velocity in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and the clinical efficacy is superior to western medicine.
