摘要
通过分析附子、干姜的主要化学成分及其药理作用,初步解释了附子的毒性、药效作用,以及干姜的药效作用,同时结合目前研究成果,阐述附子干姜配伍增效减毒作用机制的物质基础及药理作用,为进一步研究该配伍的内涵提供理论参考。
This articles analyzed the major chemical composition and pharmacological action of the Radix Acomiti Laterlis and Radix Ginger, initially elucidated the toxicity of Radix Aconiti Laterlis, and the pharmaeodynamie action of the Rndlx Aconiti Laterlis and Radix Ginger; combining the mearest research achievements, expounded the effective components and the pharmacological action of Radix Ginger on reducing the toxicity and increasing effect of Radix Aconiti Laterlis, to provide theory reference for research this compatibility further.
