摘要
探讨肾藏精理论、维生素D和痛性糖尿病周围神经病变(painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy,PDPN)三者的相关性,指出PDPN是常见的糖尿病慢性并发症,PDPN患者多伴有低维生素D水平,同时维生素D又是中医肾藏精的物质基础,可通过尽早干预低维生素D水平或补肾治疗改善PDPN的发展及预后。
By surveying the relationship between the theory of kidney storing essence,Vitamin D and painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy(PDPN),PDPN is one kind of common chronic complications of diabetes mellitus,mostly accompanied by low level of Vitamin D,meanwhile,VD is the material foundation of kidney storing essence in TCM,hence,early intervention of low level of Vitamin D or the therapy of tonifying kidney could improve the progression and prognosis of PDPN.
