摘要
目的观察基于微信远程教学的PBL教学法在外科实践教学中的应用效果。方法选择一职业技术学院2016级医学专业76名学生作为本次研究活动的调查对象。采用随机数字表法,将学生平均分为两组,每组学生各38名。接受传统教学法的学生设为对照组,接受基于微信远程教学的PBL教学法的学生设为观察组,最后比对两组学生的考试成绩及教学质量。结果观察组学生的理论知识评分和实践能力评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组学生的满意评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在外科实践教学中应用基于微信远程教学的PBL教学法可以提升学生考试成绩,综合能力和教学满意度也均有明显提升。
Objective To observe the application effect of PBL teaching method based on WeChat distance teaching in surgical practice teaching. Methods A total of 76 students of grade 2016 medical major of a vocational and technical college were selected as the subjects of this research activity.The students were divided into two groups by a random number table method,with 38 students in each group. The students who accepted the traditional teaching method were set as the control group,and the students who received the PBL teaching method based on WeChat distance teaching were set as the observation group.Finally,the test scores and teaching quality of the two groups of students were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical ability of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method based on WeChat distance teaching in surgical practice teaching can improve students' test scores,and their comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction are also significantly improved.
