摘要
目的:探究微信及结合案例教学法在泌尿外科实习教学中的应用价值。方法:将泌尿外科实习学生62例随机分为两组,每组31例。对照组给予常规讲授教学模式,观察组给予微信及结合案例教学模式,比较两组教学效果。结果:教学12个月后,观察组相关知识的掌握程度、专业技能水平及评判性思维能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泌尿外科实习学生进行微信结合案例教学模式可锻炼学生解决问题的能力,促进相关知识的掌握。
Objective:To explore the application value of WeChat and case teaching method in practice teaching in department of urology.Methods:62 cases of students in department of urology were divided into two groups randomly,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional teaching mode,and the observation group was given WeChat combined with case teaching mode.The teaching effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After 12 months of teaching,the mastery degree,professional skill level and critical thinking ability in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The practice of WeChat combined with case teaching mode in practice teaching in department of urology can improve the students' ability to solve problems and promote related knowledge.
