摘要
目前临床实习教学面临着实习生临床实习的时间和投入度大大减少,传统的说教式集中式教学对学生的吸引力不强,以及学生分散在各科轮转时间难以集中等问题。在主观客观上影响了实习质量。PBL(project-based learning)是一套以项目导向和问题导向设计学习情境的教学方法。将PBL教学模式与微信这种新型的网路交流平台结合起来的教学模式,能够随时随地建立起师生之间的教学平台,方便临床带教教师和实习生的交流,可以使PBL教学模式得到更为方便的快捷实施,取得更为有效的教学成果。
At present,some problems exited in clinical practice education,such as the time and investment of interns'clinical practice are greatly reduced,the traditional didactic centralized teaching is not attractive to interns,and students scattered in each subject rotation time is difficult to concentrate.Which affected the quality of practice in subjectively and objectively.PBL(project-based learning)is a set of project-oriented and problem-oriented teaching methods for designing Learning situations.The teaching mode combining PBL teaching mode with WeChat,a new network communication platform,can establish a teaching platform and facilitate the communication between clinical teachers and interns at anytime and anywhere,so that PBL teaching mode can be implemented more conveniently and quickly to achieve more effective teaching results.
