摘要
新时代职业教育要求相关从业者紧跟科技进步与产业发展调整培养目标和培养模式,为新时代输送高质量工程造价专业技术技能人才。对比新时代高职与本科工程造价培养目标定位,本科更强调的是综合应用与管理能力,高职更侧重于技术技能应用能力。基于BIM的全过程造价管理和全寿命周期造价管理的角度,文章结合装配式建筑新技术、PPP新知识、信息化智能化技术,考虑行业新业态,以行业未来发展对学生在基本能力、职业能力及发展能力的需求为切入点,重新构建了新时代高职工程造价专业能力分层结构;并对高职工程造价专业课程体系基于BIM融合PPP等新技术新业态进行了改造,以项目或工作任务为载体贯穿课程内容设计始终;提出了基于信息化的课程教学思路,进行全过程数据评价,记录教学全过程,分析整体教学效果,适应新时代工程造价专业现代职业教育的发展要求。
The new era of vocational education requires us to keep up with the scientific and technological progress and industrial development,adjust the training objectives and training models,and deliver high-quality engineering cost professional technical skills for the new era.Compared with the Orientation of training objectivesof engineering cost cultivation of Higher Vocational Colleges and undergraduates in the new era,undergraduates pay more attention to the comprehensive application and management ability,while higher vocational colleges pay more attention to the application ability of technical skills.Based on BIM's whole process cost management and life cycle cost management,combined with new technology of assembly building,new knowledge of PPP and intelligent technology of informatization,and considering new industry format,the new era is reconstructed from the perspective of the future development of the industry and the demand for students'basic ability,professional ability and development ability.Hierarchical structure of professional competence of engineering cost in Higher Vocational colleges;The curriculum system of Engineering Cost Specialty in higher vocational colleges has been reformed based on BIM,PPP and other new technologies and new formats,and the curriculum content design has been carried out through the project or task as the carrier.This paper puts forward the teaching idea based on informationization,evaluates the whole process data,records the whole process of teaching,analyses the whole teaching effect,and meets the development requirements of modern vocational education of Engineering Cost Specialty in the new era.
