摘要
本文立足于实践,对改革开放以来我国公共组织绩效评估进行系统回顾和评价。分别对公共组织绩效评价的历史沿革、类型特征以及当前应特别注意的几个重要问题进行了深入的探讨,并从理论和实践的结合上提出了建设性对策建议。
The paper is a comprehensive survey of the performance evaluation system for public institutions that has been in practice ever since the implementation of the opening policy, focus being placed on such aspects as the historical evolution, type and features, and the current problems of the system. Some constructive suggestions, both theoretical and practical, are proposed for the betterment of the system.
