尖锐湿疣皮损中Foxp3、IL-10的表达及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的检测Foxp3、IL-10在尖锐湿疣皮损中的表达情况,探讨其在尖锐湿疣局部细胞免疫中的作用。方法采用免疫组化Maxvision方法检测Tregs细胞特异性转录因子Foxp3和抑制性细胞因子IL-10在30例尖锐湿疣皮损和15例正常包皮中的表达。结果尖锐湿疣患者皮损中Foxp3和IL-10的阳性表达明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意(P<0.001),Foxp3与IL-10的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 Foxp3、IL-10可能在尖锐湿疣局部细胞免疫抑制中起重要作用。 Objective To detect the expression of Foxp3 and IL-10 in condyloma acuminatum lesions,and to explore their roles in local cellular immunity of condyloma acuminatum. Methods The expression of Foxp3 and IL-10 in 30 cases of condylomata acuminatum and 15 cases of normal prepuce were detected by immunohistochemistry Maxvision method. Results The expressions of Foxp3 and IL-10 in condyloma acuminatum were significantly higher than those in normal foreskin.The difference was statistically significant ( P <0.001).There was a positive correlation between Foxp3 and IL-10 expression ( P <0.01). Conclusion Foxp3 and IL-10 may play important roles in local cellular immunosuppression of condyloma acuminatum.
