摘要
目的 分析中山市学龄儿童心理健康状态影响因素,并提出相应的预防措施。方法 采取抽样法对2015—2017年中山市学龄儿童625名为研究对象,用一般情况调查表、心理健康问卷对儿童的情况进行调查,分析其心理健康状况的影响因素。结果 有360名儿童存在心理健康问题,占比为57. 60%,其中,认知能力领域有181名(50. 28%),情志领域有195名(54. 17%),生活习惯领域有207名(57. 50%),社会性领域有226名(62. 78%)。经单因素分析发现,性别、年龄、独生子女、营养状况、家庭经济状况、父母是否离异、居住地为影响学龄儿童心理健康状况相关因素;经多因素发现,性别、年龄、营养状况、家庭经济状况、父母是否离异、居住地均为影响学龄儿童心理健康状态的独立危险因素。结论大部分学龄儿童存在心理健康问题,针对其影响因素制定相应的干预对策,对儿童健康成长具有重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the factors influencing the mental health status of school-age children in Zhongshan city,and corresponding preventive measures were proposed.Methods A total of 625 school-age children in Zhongshan city from 2015 to 2017 was selected as the study subjects by sampling method.The general situation questionnaire and mental health questionnaire were used to investigate the situation of these children,and the influencing factors of their mental health status were analyzed.Results There were 360 children has mental health problems,accounting for 57.60%.Among them,a total of 181 children(50.28%)were in cognitive ability,and 195 children(54.17%)were in emotional field.A total of 207 children(57.50%)were in lifestyle field,and 226 children(62.78%)were in social field.Univariate analysis found that gender,age,only child,nutritional status,family economic status,whether parents divorced,and place of residence were related factors affecting the mental health status of school-age children.Multivariate analysis found that gender,age,nutritional status,family economic status,whether parents divorced,and place of residence were independent risk factors affecting the mental health status of school-age children.Conclusion Most school-age children have mental health problems.So we need to formulate corresponding intervention measures according to the influencing factors,which is of great significance for children's healthy growth.
