Study on Rural Left-behind Children's Mental Health and Its Influencing Factors

摘要 为揭示农村留守儿童心理健康状况及其影响因素,本研究对通化地区的740名农村初中生进行调查研究,结果表明:(1)留守儿童心理健康与非留守儿童差异不显著,但留守儿童情绪不平衡的检出率(51%)显著高于非留守儿童(38%);(2)农村留守儿童心理健康水平在性别、民族和是否为独生子女上不存在显著差异,但男生的学习压力显著高于女生,(3)留守儿童心理健康在外出务工成员、联系方式、联系频率上存在显著差异,即双亲外出、书信联系、与家长联系少的留守儿童心理健康水平更低,且出现敌对、抑郁、焦虑、学习压力大和适应不良等状态;(4)留守儿童心理健康在学习成绩、学习兴趣上存在显著差异,成绩不好和学习兴趣低的留守儿童心理健康水平低,且更容易出现偏执、敌对、抑郁、焦虑、情绪不平衡、人际关系紧张与敏感等心理问题;(5)在社会支持方面,烦恼倾诉对象为老师或父母的留守儿童心理健康显著好于其他倾诉对象,村干部关心程度高的留守儿童适应性更好。 In order to study the mental health and its influencing factors of rural left-behind children in Tonghua area, we make a survey of 740 rural junior middle school students in Tonghua area, show-ing that:(1)There was subtle difference between mental health level of the left-behind children and that of the un-left- behind children, but emotional imbalance detection rate of left-behind children was higher that of the un-left-behind children.(2)There was significant difference in the mental health level of rural left-behind children in terms of gender, nation and only child, but the boys' pressure was higher than girls'.(3)There was significant difference in the mental health of the left-behind children in terms of migrant workers, contacting means, contacting frequency.(4) There was significant difference in the mental health in terms of academic performance and interest in learning. The mental health level of left-behind children with poor academic performance and low interest in learning is lower, such children are often prone to suffer from the men- tal diseases like paranoia, hostility, depression, anxiety, emotional imbalance, interpersonal ten- sion and sensitivity. (5)In the aspect of social support, the mental health of left-behind children who unload their trouble on teachers or parents is better than the other children who unload trou- ble on other people. Left-behind children who got much care from Village cadres had Strong adaptability.
