摘要
目前装配式建筑大力发展,填充墙在框架、框架-剪力墙和框筒结构中充当分割空间的功能,其必须具有质轻、力学性能优良、保温隔热和隔声降噪的功能。泡沫混凝土具有较多的孔隙,其能够有效吸收噪声,同时复配钢纤维,能够极大提高其力学性能。研究了钢纤维掺量和长度对钢纤维-泡沫混凝土力学性能和降噪保温隔热性能的影响。结果表明:当钢纤维掺量为4%,长度为40 mm时,钢纤维-泡沫混凝土具有优良的力学性能;在夏季代表温度40℃下具有良好的隔热性能,内外墙温差达到5.6℃,同时具有良好的保温性能和隔声性能。
At present,with the development of prefabricated architecture,the infilled wall acts as the function of dividing space in frame,frame-shear wall and frame-tube structure,which must have the functions of light weight,excellent mechanical performance,heat insulation and noise insulation. Foamed concrete has more pores,it can effectively absorb noise,and the composite steel fiber can greatly improve its mechanical properties. In this experiment,the effects of steel fiber content and length on the mechanical properties and noise reduction and thermal insulation properties of steel fiber-foamed concrete were studied. The results show that when the content of SF is 4% and the length of SF is 40 mm,it has excellent mechanical properties,good cooling and heat insulation performance at 40 ℃ in summer,which can effectively reduce internal and external wall temperature difference by 5.6 ℃ and have good thermal insulation performance and sound insulation performrance,achieve the function of noise reduction.
