对某双排柱框筒结构设计方案的思考

Consideration for the structural design scheme of a double-row column frame-core wall structure

摘要 通过对石家庄某已完成设计的双排柱框架-核心筒工程结构设计方案的进一步思考和分析,提出了可将内排框架柱调整为上下铰接连接的方案优化设计思路,并给出了采用预制钢管混凝土内柱的方法以及构造措施。通过对主要设计指标的对比计算发现,按照优化后的方案进行设计是可以满足规范相应要求的,这对于提高建筑空间利用效率和降低施工难度有很大的意义,可供类似工程参考借鉴。 Based on further consideration and analysis of the structural design scheme of a design completed double-row column frame-core wall project in Shijiazhuang,a optimum design idea was put forward that the both ends of inner frame columns can be hinged connections,and the method and construction measures of adopting precast concrete filled steel tubular inner columns were given. By comparing and calculating the main design indexes,the design according to the optimized scheme can meet the corresponding requirements of the code,which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of building space utilization and reduce the difficulty of construction,and can be used for reference by similar projects.
