摘要
如今我国已进入全面深化改革的攻坚阶段,混合所有制改革是新时期的重大任务,而国有僵尸企业的处置问题不仅关系国有经济的高效运行,更是衡量混合所有制改革成效的标准。为探究混合所有制改革对国有僵尸企业的影响,文章基于现有的僵尸企业识别方法并根据新时期国情及现代企业发展特点,提出FN利润混合法;同时结合近年来国有企业数据,筛选出符合研究条件的僵尸企业构建计量模型,通过统计软件进行回归分析,测度混合所有制改革对国有僵尸企业的作用方向。研究结果发现:混合所有制改革对国有僵尸企业具有明显的抑制作用。
At present,China has entered a critical period of comprehensive deepening reform.Mixed ownership reform is a major task in the new era,and the disposal of state-owned zombie enterprises is not only related to the efficient operation of state-owned economy,but also a standard to measure the effectiveness of mixed ownership reform.In order to explore the impact of mixed ownership reform on state-owned zombie enterprises,based on the existing zombie enterprise identification methods,according to the national conditions of the new era and the characteristics of modern enterprise development,this paper proposes the FN profit hybrid method,meanwhile,combined with the data of state-owned enterprises in recent years,the author screens out zombie enterprises which meet the research conditions.An econometric model was built and regression analysis was conducted by statistical software to measure the effect of mixed ownership reform on state-owned zombie enterprises.The research results showed that mixed ownership reform had an obvious inhibitory effect on state-owned zombie enterprises.
