摘要 目的探究TBL教学模式在肿瘤科临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取我院内科2017年5月至2017年9月的38名住院医师为研究对象,采用数字随机法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组19名。对照组实施传统的教学模式,试验组实施基于团队的学习(TBL)教学模式,比较两组住院医师的操作技能考试成绩、理论考试成绩、总成绩及教学质量满意度。结果试验组操作技能考试、理论考试成绩及总成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组教学质量满意度为94.74%,显著高于对照组的63.16%(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤科临床教学中实施TBL教学模式可提高住院医师积极性及合作意识,进而提高操作技能考试成绩、理论考试成绩及教学质量满意度,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application value of TBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of oncology department.Methods Thirty-eight residents from May 2017 to September 2017 in the internal medicine department of our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by digital random method,with 19 residents in each group. The traditional teaching mode was applied in the control group and the team-based learning(TBL) mode was applied in the experimental group. The scores of operation skill test and theory test, total score and satisfaction of teaching quality were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of operation skill test and theory test and total score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The satisfaction of teaching quality in the experimental group was 94.74%, which was significantly higher than 63.16% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of TBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of oncology department can improve the enthusiasm and cooperation consciousness of residents, and improve the scores of operation skill test and theory test and satisfaction of teaching quality, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
