放射肿瘤专业住院医师规范化培训临床教学的探讨

摘要 放射肿瘤专业住院医师规范化培训是医学生向执业医师转变的重要环节,是培养临床高层次人才的关键所在,它要求在临床实践能力、临床专业理论能力、科研和教学能力等多方面对住院医师进行全方位、系统化、规范化的培训,对培养放射肿瘤医学人才,提高医疗质量极为重要。放射肿瘤学存在着专科性强、知识面广、实践性强、诊疗更新快的特点,且医学本科阶段肿瘤学课程设置偏少,因此,在住院医师规范化培训教学中,如何解决上述教学痛点尤为重要。文章首先对放射肿瘤专业的临床教学特点进行介绍,结合临床带教工作经验,认为可通过合理配置教学资源、丰富教学模式、培养临床逻辑思维、深化人文关怀教育等,有效提升放射肿瘤专业住院医师规范化培训的教学质量。 The standardized training and teaching of radiation oncology resident doctors is an important part of the transition from medical students to practicing physicians and the formation process of clinical experts.It requires a comprehensive,systematic and standardized approach to resident doctors in terms of clinical practice ability,clinical theory ability,scientific research and teaching ability,and it is important for cultivating radiation oncology medical talents.Radiation oncology has the characteristics of strong specialization,a wide range of knowledge,strong practicality,rapid development of medical oncology,and the department of radiation oncology was relatively limited involved in the undergraduate stage.Therefore,it is particularly important to address those teaching problems.This article first introduces the clinical teaching characteristics of radiation oncology.Based on the author's personal experience,this study introduced the method of reasonable allocate allocation of teaching resources,enrichment of teaching models,cultivation of clinical logical,and cultivating humanistic care ability,and explores improving the clinical teaching quality of radiation oncology.
