摘要
高校开展科研诚信教育是预防科研不端之良策,但目前我国高校科研诚信教育存在校内规范内容过于抽象、主管机构混乱、教育水平各异、监督失灵等诸多问题,这与我国一直以来不太重视科研诚信教育有关,科研诚信教育投入资金也不能满足科研诚信教育的现实要求。完善我国科研诚信教育制度,需要在政府层面重视科研诚信教育,加大资助,把握科研诚信教育的重心;在高校层面应完善规范、设立专门机构开展科研诚信教育、规范相关课程、实行统一教育、加大对教育实施情况的监督等。
Carrying out research integrity education is an effective strategy to prevent research misconduct in China’s colleges and universities, since there exist a lot of problems in the present research integrity education, such as, the abstract school norms, the chaotic management of the governing body, the different education levels, the ineffective supervision, etc. The problems are related to the fact that our country has not attached much importance to research integrity education, and its supply of investment also falls short of actual demand. To improve research integrity education system in China’s colleges and universities, the government is expected to attach more importance, increase financial support and grasp its focus. The colleges and universities should improve the norms, set up specialized institutions in charge of research integrity education, standardize relevant courses, implement an integrated education, and strengthen supervision over its implementation and so on.
