摘要
科研诚信作为科技创新的基石受到学术界广泛关注。基于商业生态系统理论视角,通过科研人员的半结构深度访谈,采用案例研究和扎根编码技术,系统探讨如何有效构建科研诚信体系。研究结果表明,构建有效的科研诚信体系需要从主体责任体系、科研全流程管理、诚信信息化建设、诚信教育与监督、失信惩戒5个方面进行完善。研究进一步丰富和拓宽了科研诚信体系建设和商业生态系统理论运用领域,对构建科研诚信体系实践提供参考。
As the cornerstone of scientific and technological innovation,scientific research integrity has been widely concerned by the academic community.Based on the perspective of business ecosystem theory,this study systematically discusses and analyzes how to build an effective research integrity system through semi-structured in-depth interviews of researchers,case studies and grounded coding technology.The results show that the construction of an effective scientific research integrity system needs to be improved from five aspects:the subject responsibility system,the whole process management of scientific research,the integrity information construction,the integrity education and supervision,and the dishonesty punishment.The research further enriches and widens the construction of scientific research integrity system and the application of business ecosystem theory,provides important reference value for the practice of constructing scientific research integrity system.
