摘要
文献检索表明西方学界主要是从认知视角和批评视角开展对隐喻的研究,而较少学者将两者结合予以研究。文章以56篇企业并购报道共计33 235字作为语料,对企业并购的概念隐喻机制中三种频率最高的概念隐喻开展认知分析,探析商务语篇隐喻的话语认知、话语功能和话语倾向性。研究结果显示商务语篇的概念隐喻体现了报道者一定的话语倾向性。
Literature data show that western scholars mainly studied metaphor from the perspective of cognition and critical discourse analysis respectively,nevertheless,few scholars have explored them from the perspective of critical cognition.In this paper,56 pieces of news reports on corporate mergers and acquisitions with a small corpus of 33 235 words are applied as a corpus to conduct a cognitive analysis of the three conceptual metaphors in the conceptual metaphor mechanism of M&A,and to explore the discourse cognition,discourse function and discourse inclination.The results show that conceptual metaphors in business discourse reflect the reporters'certain discourse tendency.
