摘要
目的研究即刻临时冠和延期临时冠种植修复上颌美学区单颗前牙缺失患者的效果。方法 2016年3月至2017年8月在本院进行治疗单颗上颌前牙缺失患者120例,按照随机分组原则,分为观察组和对照组,每组患者60例,观察组患者行即刻临时冠修复,对照组患者行延期临时冠修复,术后5个月,对患者的PES、WES评分以及患者满意度进行对比观察。结果观察组患者的近中牙龈乳头、远中牙龈乳头、唇侧牙龈缘曲度、唇侧牙龈缘高度、根部凸度、软组织颜色和质地评分明显高于对照组;观察组患者的牙冠状态、外形轮廓、颜色、表面质地以及透明程度明显高于对照组;观察组患者的满意度(93.33%)明显高于对照组(66.67%),差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上颌美学区单颗前牙缺失患者即刻种植修复术在降低患者的缺牙等待时间,患者PES和WES评分明显升高,患者满意度也随之升高,值得在临床上进行推广。
Objective To observe the effects of immediate temporary crown and delayed temporary crown implant for maxillary unilateral anterior teeth loss. Methods According to the principle of random grouping, 120 patients with single maxillary anterior teeth were divided into observation group and control group. 60 patients in each group were treated with immediate temporary crown restoration in observation group and delayed temporary crown restoration in control group. PES and WES of the patients were treated with delayed temporary crown restoration in 5 months after operation. ES score and patient satisfaction were compared. Results The scores of gingival papilla, distal gingival papilla, labial gingival margin curvature, labial gingival margin height, root convexity, soft tissue color and texture in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The satisfaction rate of the patients (93.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.67%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In maxillary esthetic area, immediate implant prosthesis can reduce the waiting time of patients with single anterior teeth missing. PES and WES scores of patients are significantly increased, and patient satisfaction is also increased. It is worth promoting in clinical work.
