摘要
目的探讨上颌前部单牙种植修复患者即刻和延期种植的疗效。方法选择2015年1月至2016年4月上颌前部单牙种植修复患者90例。根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予延期种植修复治疗,观察组则给予即刻种植修复治疗。比较两组上颌前部单牙种植修复治疗效果;红色美学指数分值PES、白色美学指数分值WES;治疗前后患者咀嚼功能、生活质量;牙周组织红肿和修复体松动等不良事件发生率。结果观察组上颌前部单牙种植修复治疗效果和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义;观察组红色美学指数分值PES、白色美学指数分值WES高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组咀嚼功能、生活质量相近,差异无统计学意义;治疗后两组咀嚼功能、生活质量均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组牙周组织红肿和修复体松动等不良事件发生率和对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论上颌前部单牙种植修复患者即刻、延期种植的疗效相当,均可获得良好预后,但其中即刻种植具有更高的美观性,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of immediate and delayed implantation of single maxillary implants in the maxillary front.Methods Ninety patients with maxillary anterior single-tooth restoration were selected from January2015to April2016.According to the treatment method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with45cases in each group.The control group was given delayed implant repair and the observation group was given immediate implant repair treatment.The effects of single maxillary anterior implant restoration were compared between the two groups;red aesthetic index PES,white aesthetic index WES;chewing function,quality of life before and after treatment;periodontal tissue redness and prosthesis loosening.Results There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group.The difference between the red aesthetic index and the white aesthetic index(WES)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in chewing function and quality of life between the two groups.The chewing function and quality of life of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events such as redness and swelling of periodontal tissue and loose prosthesis between the observation group and the control group.Conclusion The immediate and delayed planting of the maxillary anterior maxillary implants is quite effective and can obtain good prognosis.However,immediate planting has higher aesthetics and is worthy of popularization and application.
