摘要
目的用数据揭示近20年医学院校非直属附属医院研究工作的宏观特点与发展趋势,为后续的研究工作提供一定的指导。方法利用定量分析方法,以国内1997～2017年间公开发表的有关非直属附属医院研究的文献为研究对象,通过对文献的发表时间、来源、作者、研究单位、资助情况、引用情况、研究主题等各个方面进行统计分析。结果目前对非直属附属医院的研究在成果总量上达到一定的量级,在研究的广度上也基本涵盖主要的研究主题,研究的活跃程度也较高,核心期刊已经形成,研究多以团队合作为主,研究单位在中国东西部地区均有分布,非直属附属医院的建设正处在稳定持续的推进中。结论非直属附属医院的研究从宏观的医院建设逐步向医学教育的临床教学、教学管理、教学质量、师资建设等具体方面深入,但研究的深度、国家层面的投入等方面有待进一步加强。
Objective To reveal the macroscopic characteristics and the trends of research work in indirectly affiliated hospitals of medical colleges in the past 20 years so as to provide some guidance for the subsequent research. Methods By means of quantitative analysis,literatures on indirectly affiliated hospitals published in China from 1997 to 2017 were taken as the objects of study.And then,statistical analysis was carried out on publication time,sources,authors,research units,funding,citations and research topics of the literatures. Results At present,the research papers on indirectly affiliated hospitals have reached a certain level of the total amount of research results.The researches also cover main research topics with active status.The core journals have been formed,and the research references are mainly based on teamwork.The research units both distribute in the eastern and western regions of China.The construction of indirectly affiliated hospitals is in a stable and continuous promotion. Conclusion The research directions of indirectly affiliated hospitals gradually deepen from macroscopic hospital constructions to the clinical teaching,teaching management,teaching quality and teacher training in medical education,but the depth of research and input at the national level need to be further strengthened.
