摘要
通过对焊接工艺影响因素的分析,针对窄焊的特点设计了专用焊枪,规划了多层多道窄间隙焊接的行走轨迹图,并对铝电解焊接系统进行配置设计。通过现场施焊实验并进行压降检测,结果证明,窄间隙焊接可大幅节省焊料,节约成本;降低压降,减少能耗;精确性和稳定性较好;效率更高,可有效解决目前的"用工荒"问题;代替人工,更好地降低劳动强度,防止和减少职业病的伤害。因此,窄间隙自动焊工艺在铝电解大修槽上焊接中的应用具有重要的现实意义。
Based on the analysis of factors affecting the welding process,a special welding gun was designed according to the narrow welding characteristics,the trajectory diagram of multi-pass narrow gap welding was planned,and the welding system configuration of aluminum electrolysis was designed as well.The on-site welding experiment and voltage drop test results show that the narrow gap welding can greatly save the solder,reduce cost,voltage drop and energy consumption with better accuracy and stability as well as higher efficiency,thus effectively addressing the current problem of"labor shortage";replacing manual work to reduce labor intensity,prevent and reduce the occurance of occupational disease.Therefore,the application of narrow gap automatic welding process to aluminum overhaul pots is of important practical significance.
