摘要
主要介绍窄间隙MAG焊接系统在解决厚壁管件窄坡口焊接难题上的突破,它不仅可以将坡口宽度控制在12 mm以内,节省焊接材料,控制焊接质量。同时,可以优化焊缝晶粒组织,使焊缝金属的物理性能优化,强度、拉伸、冲击性能得到改善,使焊缝成型美观、提高焊缝品质。
The break through to solve the welding difficult problem in the thick-wall pipe fittings with the narrow breach in the narrow interval MAG welding system has been mainly introduced in this article.The break through can not only control the width of breach within 12 mm to reduce the welding materials and control welding quality,but also optimize the crystal grain organization of the welded joint that has improved and amended the physical property of the welded joint metal on the intensity and stretch and impact properties.At the end,we can beautify the welded joint confectioning and improve the welded joint brand.
