摘要 本文检索了近十年阳极钢爪修复技术的相关论文和专利,并详细阐述了阳极钢爪修复新技术的技术原理、实施方案及其优缺点。结果表明,阳极钢爪修复新技术主要为电渣熔铸焊、重熔铸造、圆钢置换、原位自蔓延焊和电弧增材等修复技术,均能实现阳极钢爪的全截面修复,解决传统围焊法修复接头压降大的难题;电渣熔铸焊和重熔铸造设备投资大,限制其推广应用;圆钢置换修复的关键在于圆钢棒与残余钢爪的连接方法;原位自蔓延焊效率高,适宜的自蔓延焊剂可获得高质量修复区;电弧增材修复效率高、自动化程度高,修复钢爪强度高、电阻率低,综合修复成本低。 This paper retrieves relevant papers and patents on repair technologies for anode steel stubs in the past decade,and elaborates the technical principle and implementation plan as well as their respective advantages and disadvantages of new repair technologies for anode steel stubs.The results show that the new repair technologies for anode steel stubs mainly include electroslag fusion casting welding,remelting casting,round steel replacement,in-situ self-propagating welding and arc additive,which can all realize the full-section repair of anode steel stubs,and solve the hard problem of large voltage drop in repairing joints by traditional girth welding method;The electroslag fusion casting welding and remelting casting repair technology requires heavy investment in equipment,which limits its promotion and application;The key of round steel replacement repair technology lies in the connection method between the round steel rod and the residual steel stub;The in-situ self-propagating welding repair technology is highly efficient,and suitable self-propagating flux can obtain a high-quality repair area;The arc additive repair technology is highly efficient,with high degree of automation,high strength of repaired steel stub,low resistivity and low comprehensive repair cost.
