窄间隙自动焊在核电厂主管道焊接中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 我国核电厂主管道焊接一直采用传统的焊条电弧焊工艺,施工强度高、效率低、焊缝质量不易控制。为了适应核电快速发展对质量和工期的要求,窄间隙脉冲TIG自动焊工艺应运而生。本文介绍了该工艺的焊接设备、坡口形式、填充材料及焊接工艺参数等,焊接接头金相观察、力学性能试验结果及自动焊与手工焊产品焊接的对比分析表明,窄间隙脉冲TIG自动焊工艺在核电厂主管道焊接中的应用是成功的,且具有显著优势。 Nuclear power plant primary piping welding is implemented through SMAW-welding process in our country.It is inefficiency and high labor intensity,also the quality is not easy to control.Narrow gap pulsed TIC automatic welding process is applied in order to adapt the requirement of quality and time limit for a project.This article introduces the welding equipment,groove form,filling material and process parameters.Metallographic test,mechanical properties test and comparison of welding products with automatic and manual welding process indicate that it is successful by using narrow gap automatic welding in the nuclear power plant primary piping.It has a significant advantage than manual welding process.
