摘要
目的探讨实践教学设计在护生急救护理核心能力培养中的应用,并对其应用价值进行分析。方法选取我院临床实习护生120名作为教学对象,进行实践教学设计的应用,并分析评估其应用价值。结果实践教学法应用后护生的学习兴趣、注意力吸引、知识接受情况、生动趣味性等评分显著高于应用前(P<0.05),护生的评估能力、评判性思维能力、沟通协作能力、应变能力以及独立解决问题能力等综合急救护理核心能力合格情况均明显高于应用前(P <0.05)。结论以病例和实际情境为基础的实践教学设计应用可提高护生学习趣味性、护理知识接受能力以及实践操作能力,进一步提高了急救护理核心能力,为临床其他护理教学改革提供理论依据,临床教学应进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore and discuss the application of practical teaching design in in core competence training of emergency nursing of nursing students and to analyze its application value.Methods 120 nursing students in clinical practice of our hospital were selected as teaching objects.The application of practical teaching design was carried out and the application value was analyzed and evaluated.Results After the application of practical teaching,the scores of learning interest,attention attraction,knowledge acceptance and vividness and interest of nursing students were significantly higher than those before application(P<0.05).After application,the qualifying conditions of core competence of emergency nursing such as evaluation ability,critical thinking ability,communication and cooperation ability,strain ability and independent problem-solving ability of nursing students were all significantly higher than those before application(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of practical teaching design based on case and actual situation can improve the learning interest,the ability of accepting knowledge and ability of practical operation of nursing students.It can further improve the core competencies of emergency nursing and provide theoretical basis for other clinical nursing teaching reform,which should be further promotion and application in clinical teaching.
