摘要
目的提高消毒供应中心实习护生教学效果。方法将消毒供应中心实习1周的护生140人按时间段分为对照组和实验组各70人,对照组采用传统PBL教学方式带教;实验组采用格式化PBL教学方式带教。结果实验组理论及技能考核成绩、自主学习能力提高认同率及教学满意率显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论格式化PBL教学可有效提高消毒供应中心实习护生带教效果,有利于教学相长。
Objective To improve teaching effect in nursing students practicing in central sterile supple department(CSSD). Methods One hundred and forty nursing students practicing in CSSD for 1 week were divided into two groups of 70 in each according to chronological order, receiving either conventional or formatted problem-based learning. Results The theoretical knowledge and practical skill examination scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than the controls, and more students in the experimental group reported improvement in self-learning ability and satisfied with the teaching (P〈0.05, P〈0. 01). Conclusion Formatted problem-based learning can enhance teaching effect in nursing students practicing in CSSD.
