摘要
在分析带式输送机原有控制系统不足的基础上,提出了基于视频调节的自动调速控制系统,并对系统的构成进行了全面分析,探究了系统运行中煤量识别和调速控制功能的实现,最后通过实践分析对所设计系统的运行效能进行了验证。结果表明,该系统应用效果良好,起到了显著的节能功效。
On the basis of analyzing the deficiency of original control system of belt conveyor, this paper proposed the automatic speed control system based on video adjustment, made a comprehensive analysis of the system composition, explored the realiza-tion of coal quantity identification and speed control function in the system operation and finally verified the operation efficiency of the designed system through practical analysis. The results showed that the system had a good application effect and a remar-kable energy-saving effect.
