基于dsPIC的线切割专用变频器的设计与实现

摘要 针对市场上线切割专用变频器性能不是很好的特点,开发了一款高性能线切割专用变频器。此变频器具有以下特点:1)采用SVPWM空间矢量脉宽调制波形技术和V/F控制模式对交流电机进行调速控制,降低了脉动转矩,电压利用率得到了显著提高;2)采用直流制动和反接制动相结合的方法实现电机制动,使系统更加可靠;3)改进的断丝检测电路,更耐冲击,不易损坏。实践证明,所开发的高性能线切割专用变频器,其电压利用率提高15%,电机换向时间从2 s减至1.5 s,因此,明显提高了线切割加工的精度和质量,提高了生产效率,对线切割加工领域起到了较大的作用。 A special frequency converter for wire cutting with high performance was developed for overcoming performance defects in the market.This frequency converter has the following features:1)The technique based on SVPWM space vector pulse width modulation waveform technique and V/F control mode was used to control the speed control of the AC motor,to reduce the pulsating torque and to increase the voltage utilization significantly.2)The method based on DC brake and back brake was used to realize the motor brake so that the system was more reliable.3)The improved broken wire detection circuit was more resistant to impact and more firmly.The practice had showed that the special frequency converter for wire cutting has high performance.The voltage utilization increased by 15%,and the motor commutation time decreased from 2 seconds to 1.5 seconds.So it can improve the precision and quality of wire cutting obviously and improve production efficiency which had played a great role in the field of wire cutting.
