摘要
带式输送机是煤矿中的重要运输装备,其自动化水平对煤矿开采效率有非常重要的影响。以DTL120/200/2×315型带式输送机为例,在简要阐述设备整体结构的基础上,设计研究了带式输送机的变频控制系统,系统可以控制带式输送机实现软启动,降低设备启动过程中的冲击效应。同时可以实现2台电机之间的功率平衡,提升设备运行过程的稳定性。将设计的变频控制系统应用到矿用带式输送机工程实践中,现场检测发现,整体运行良好,基本达到了预期效果,为煤矿企业创造了良好的效益。
Belt conveyor is an important transportation equipment in coal mines,and its automation level has a very important impact on coal mining efficiency.Taking DTL120/200/2×315 belt conveyor as an example,based on a brief description of the overall structure of the equipment,the frequency conversion control system of the belt conveyor was designed and studied.The system can control the belt conveyor to achieve soft start and reduce impact effect during equipment startup.At the same time,the power balance between the two motors can be realized,and the stability of the equipment operation process can be improved.The designed frequency conversion control system was applied to the engineering practice of mining belt conveyors.After on-site inspection,it was found that the overall operation was good,and the expected results were basically achieved,which created good benefits for coal mine enterprises.
