基于火焰燃烬点识别的自动燃烧控制系统设计

摘要 为保证垃圾在焚烧炉中均匀燃烧稳定蒸发量,需要时刻检测垃圾的燃烧情况,及时调整焚烧炉内垃圾的分布和风量配比。目前对于炉排周期和炉底配风的调整主要是靠人工实现,此方法存在很大弊端。文章提出基于火焰燃烬点识别的自动燃烧控制系统设计,旨在将图像处理技术与PLC控制相结合,实现炉排周期和炉底风分配的自动调整。首先,通过图像处理技术在火焰图像中对火焰边缘拟合得到燃烬线;然后,将燃烬线信息送入PLC中实现炉排周期和炉底风分配的自动调整。实验证明,该设计可极大改善炉内燃烧状况稳定蒸发量,提高焚烧炉的整体效率。 In order to ensure the uniform combustion and stable evaporation of garbage in the incinerator,it is necessary to constantly detect the combustion situation of garbage,and timely adjust the distribution of garbage and air volume ratio in the incinerator.At present,the adjustment of grate cycle and furnace bottom air distribution mainly depends on manual realization,this method has great drawbacks.The design of automatic combustion control system based on flame burnout point identification proposed in this paper aims to combine image processing technology with PLC control to realize automatic adjustment of grate cycle and bottom air distribution.Firstly,the flame edge is fitted in the flame image by image processing technology to get the burnout line.Then,the burnout line information is sent into PLC to realize the automatic adjustment of grate cycle and bottom air distribution.Experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can greatly improve the stable evaporation and the overall efficiency of the incinerator.
