摘要
针对传统的皮带输送机控制系统控制精度低,及时性差,难以满足皮带输送机动态控制要求的问题,利用PLC技术对皮带输送机进行自动化改造。改造后排除了人为因素的影响,根据监测到的皮带输送机运行参数实时控制皮带输送机的运行,提高了皮带输送机的安全性和耐久性。
For the traditional belt conveyor control system with low control accuracy and poor timeliness,which is difficult to meet the requirements of belt conveyor dynamic control,PLC technology is used to automate the belt conveyor.After the transformation,the influence of human factors is excluded,and the belt conveyor operation is controlled in real time according to the monitored belt conveyor operation parameters,which improves the safety and durability of the belt conveyor.
