摘要
管托作为室外地面管道的重要支撑部件,一旦出现防腐失效,管托本体将直接暴露在大气中,加剧腐蚀,严重影响管道的运行安全。针对冀东油田近海岸线室外场站地面管道的管托腐蚀情况开展调查,发现管托腐蚀主要表现为漆膜脱落、管托边角处漆膜开裂和管托本体腐蚀。通过分析管托腐蚀成因,并结合冀东油田地面管道的管托腐蚀防治现状,提出了采用优选的涂料及防腐结构、提高表面处理质量、优化现场施工工序、强化现场管理以及采用管托工厂化预制等防治建议。
As the important supporting parts of outdoor ground pipelines,the pipeline supports will be directly exposed to the atmosphere once corrosion failures occur,which will aggravate corrosion and seriously affect the safety of pipeline operation.Based on the investigation on the corrosion of pipeline supports on the ground of outdoor field station near the coastline of Jidong Oilfield,it is found that the corrosion of pipe supports is mainly manifested as the paint film falling off,the paint film cracking at the edges of the pipeline supports and the corrosion of the pipeline supports.Based on the analyses of the causes of pipeline support corrosion and the current status of corrosion prevention and treatment of the pipeline supports in Jidong Oilfield,some suggestions are put forward,such as adopting the optimal coating and anticorrosive structure,improving the surface treatment quality,optimizing the on-site construction process,strengthening the on-site management and adopting the factory prefabrication of pipeline supports.
