摘要
通过正交实验考察了环氧富锌底漆配方中成膜物质环氧树脂E-44、颜填料锌粉、固化剂T31和溶剂丙酮的含量对底漆性能的影响,找到了环氧富锌底漆的最佳配方.
The epoxy rich zinc primer is a kind of important heavy-duty antisepsis. In this paper, the effects to its properties are examined of the amount of the elements in the formula of epoxy rich zinc primer, such as epoxy resin E-44, zinc powder, solidify substance and acetone by designing the orthogonal experiments. The best formula of the epoxy rich zinc primer is also found according to the experiment results.
