摘要
在油田开发后期,采出液具有高含水、高腐蚀特性。为了防止集输管道内壁腐蚀,减少因腐蚀泄漏造成的生产运行及环境污染事故,冀东陆上油田作业区采用了旋转气流法内涂层防腐技术。该技术可在不开挖或少开挖的情况下对已投用的管道进行除锈防腐,管道内涂层的设计使用寿命是15年,可以有效减缓管道内壁腐蚀,延长管道使用寿命;与等径压缩HDPE内衬修复技术和免补口熔结环氧粉末内防腐层技术进行应用对比表明,旋转气流法内涂层防腐技术具有施工费用低、效率高,可减少摩阻、降低能耗的特点,可为类似油田集输管道内腐蚀防治提供参考。
In the late period of oilfield development,produced liquid has characteristics of high water cut and corrosion. In order to prevent inner wall corrosion of gathering and transportation pipeline and reduce accidents of production operation and environmental pollution caused by pipeline corrosion and leakage, the on shore oilfield operation area of Jidong applies the internal coating anti- corrosion technology with swirling flow. It can be used to remove rust and prevent corrosion of pipeline in use without digging or with less digging. The service life of pipeline internal coating is 15 years,and the coating can effectively reduce the corrosion of pipeline inner wall and extend the service life of pipeline. Com - pared with the isometric compress HDPE lining repair technology and the fusion bonded epoxy powder inner anti- corrosion layer technology, the technology has characteristics of low construction cost, high efficiency,less friction and low energy consumption,which can provide a reference for the internal corrosion prevention of similar oilfield gathering and transportation pipelines.
