摘要
目的:探讨对脾胃湿热型幽门螺旋杆菌阳性浅表性胃炎患者采用黄连温胆颗粒制剂治疗的临床效果。方法:本研究选取2015年9月-2016年8月我院收治的60例幽门螺旋杆菌阳性浅表性胃炎患者,以随机数字表法将其分为两组,各30例。对照组患者给予西医疗法,研究组患者给予黄连温胆颗粒制剂治疗,治疗后比较两组患者治疗效果、临床症状评分及幽门螺杆菌根除率等。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率及临床症状评分均优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);对照组患者与研究组患者幽门螺杆菌根除率比较,差异较小,无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:黄连温胆颗粒制剂治疗脾胃湿热型幽门螺旋杆菌阳性浅表性胃炎患者疗效较佳,可有效改善患者临床症状,在临床中有广泛的应用前景。
Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Huanglian Wendan granular preparation(黄连温胆颗粒制剂)on Hppositive superficial gastritis of the Piwei Shire type(脾胃湿热型).Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The control group was given western medicine;and the study group was given the Huanglian Wendan granular preparation.Results:The total efficiency and clinical symptom score in the study group were better,P<0.05.The difference in eradication rate of Hp between two groups was not significant(P >0.05).Conclusion:The Huanglian Wendan granular preparation on Hp-positive superficial gastritis of the Piwei Shire type shows a good effect,can improve clinical symptoms.
