摘要
目的评价清化愈疡汤治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性脾胃湿热型消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月—2017年7月脾胃病科门诊就诊的幽门螺杆菌阳性的脾胃湿热型消化性溃疡患者80例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组患者进行四联抗幽门螺杆菌及质子泵抑制剂抗溃疡治疗。观察组患者在此基础上加服清化愈疡汤。观察2组间内镜下黏膜愈合程度、中医症状积分、幽门螺杆菌根除率的差异。结果观察组内镜下黏膜愈合程度(P <0. 05)、中医症状积分改善情况(P <0. 05)显著优于对照组,幽门螺杆菌根除率(P <0. 05)显著高于对照组。结论清化愈疡汤能促进幽门螺杆菌阳性的脾胃湿热型消化性溃疡患者的胃黏膜修复,促进临床症状缓解,并提高幽门螺杆菌根除率。
To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qinghua Yuyang decoction in the treatment of helicobaeter pylori infected peptic ulcer patients with.spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome.Methods 80 patients of peptic ulcer with helicobacter pylori (HP)infection and spleenstomach dampness-heat syndrome in the outpatient department of spleen and stomach from June 2015 to July 2017 were selected and divided into control group and the observation group by the random digital table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with anti Helicobaetcr Pylori and PPI anti ulcer therapy.The patients in the observation group were additionally given Qinghua Yuyang decoction.The differences of endoscopic mueosal healing,TCM symptom score and Helicobacter pylori eradication rate between the two groups were obse.rved.Results The degree of mucosal healing in the observation group (P <0.05)and the improvement of TCM symptom score (P <0.05) were significantly better than those in the control group.The rate of helicobacter pylori eradication (P <0.05) was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Qinghua Yuyang decoction can accelerate the repair of gastric mucosa of helicobacter pylori infected peptic ulcer patients with spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome,promote the remission of clinical symptoms and improve the rate of helicobacter pylori eradication.
