摘要
目的:分析黄连温胆汤加减治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的效果。方法:将我院收治的60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者纳入本次实验,入选病例均来自2014年4月-2017年8月,采取随机抽签的方式将其分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用黄连温胆汤治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率(90.0%)较对照组(60.0%)更高,BUN、Scr较对照组更高,Ccr较对照组更低,各项临床症状积分较对照组更低,两组差异具有统计学意义,统计学分析显示P <0.05。结论:采取黄连温胆汤加减治疗慢性肾功能衰竭可获得理想的疗效,能有效改善患者各项生化指标和临床症状,且未见明显不良反应,安全性较高,适宜临床推广应用。
Objective:To analyze efficacy of the Huanglian Wendan decoction(黄连温胆汤)on chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:60 cases were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was treated with the Huanglian Wendan decoction more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was 90.0%,higher than 60.0%in the control group.The BUN and Scr in the observation group were higher.The Ccr in the observation group was lower.The scores of clinical symptoms were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huanglian Wendan decoction on chronic renal failure can effectively improve the biochemical indexes and clinical symptoms of the patients with high safety,and was suitable for clinical application.There was no obvious adverse reaction.
