摘要
目的研究黄连温胆汤治疗脾胃湿热型幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)阳性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法以我院2014年1月—2015年12月脾胃湿热型幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)阳性浅表性胃炎患者90例为对象进行分组。西药治疗组采用常规西药进行治疗,中西药组在西药治疗组基础上采用黄连温胆汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率;显效时间、Hp根除时间、住院时间;给药前和治疗4周后患者心理状态、生活质量、症状积分的差异。结果中西药组跟西药治疗组比较,治疗总有效率更高,P<0.05;中西药组相较于西药治疗组疗效达到显效时间、Hp根除时间、住院时间更短,P<0.05;给药前两组心理状态、生活质量、症状积分相似,P>0.05;治疗4周后中西药组相较于西药治疗组心理状态、生活质量、症状积分改善更显著,P<0.05。结论黄连温胆汤治疗脾胃湿热型幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)阳性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,加速Hp根除,改善患者不良情绪,提升其生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Huanglian Wendan decoction in the treatment of helicobacter pylori（ Hp） positive superficial gastritis of spleen stomach dampness-heat type. Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015,90 cases of patients with Hp positive superficial gastritis of spleen stomach dampness-heat type were selected as the objects,and were divided into two groups. The Western medicine group was treated with conventional Western medicine. The traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was given Huanglian Wendan decoction on the basis of the Western medicine group. The total effective rate,curative effect to the effective time,HP eradication time and hospitalization time,before drug and treatment differences in psychological status,life quality and symptoms after 4 weeks between the two groups was compared,respectively. Results The total effective rate of the Western medicine group was higher P〈 0. 05. The curative effect to the effective time,HP eradication time and hospitalization time of the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was shorter P〈 0. 05. Before the administration,the mental state the quality of life and symptoms of the two groups was similar P〈 0. 05. After 4weeks of treatment,the psychological state,quality of life and the improvement of symptoms of the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was more significantly P〈 0. 05. Conclusion Huanglian Wendan decoction in the treatment of Hp positive superficial gastritis of spleen stomach dampness-heat type has definitely clinical curative effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,accelerate the eradication of the HP,improve the negative emotions of patients and the quality of life,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
