摘要
目的内科见习是把课堂的理论知识转化为医学实践的桥梁。通过观察比较常规见习模式与常规基础上结合微视频教学方法,期望能基于"生本教育"理念,探索出一条更符合当前教育教学改革要求的道路,为内科学见习教学提供有益和实用的方法。方法选取2014年9月—2015年9月锦州医科大学2014级临床医学专业学生120人,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组60人。血液科见习结束时,随机在血液病题库中抽取试卷,一式两份,每组一份,在相同时间、地点进行理论测试和问卷调查。结果实验组学生的理论测试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),学生对常规见习模式结合微视频教学方法绝大多数是满意的,85%以上学生均持肯定评价(P <0.05)。结论常规见习模式结合微视频教学方法,激发了学习兴趣和创新潜能,培养了人际交往能力,学生的整体素质得到提升。
Objective Internal trainee is a bridge to transform the theoretical knowledge in class into medical practice.To explore a useful and practical method for the reform requirements of the current education and teaching and the teaching of internal science apprentice,based on the concept of“student-based education”and the method of micro-video teaching were observed and compared.Methods A total of 120 students of clinical medicine in Jinzhou Medical University from September 2014 to September 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 students in each group.At the end of the practice,the paper was randomly selected from the hematology disease examination database in two copies,one for each group,and the theoretical test and questionnaire survey were conducted at the same time and place.Results The experimental group students'theory test scores were higher than the control group,there was significant difference between in the two groups(P<0.05),the student to conventional trainee mode on the basis of the vast majority of micro video teaching method is satisfactory,more than 85%of the students have a positive evaluation(P<0.05).Conclusion By the basis of the conventional probationary mode combined with the micro-video teaching method,the learning interest and innovation potential of students was stimulated,the interpersonal communication ability was cultivated,and the overall quality of students was improved.
