摘要 随着全球一体化的进程,为培养具备国际竞争力的复合型医学人才,双语教学在我国医学教育领域方兴未艾。本文阐述了我校五年制临床医学专业双语教学的具体实施方案,就教学模式的选择、师资培训、授课方案、教学质量调控等方面进行阐述,提出必须通过提高师资和学生英语水平、编制教材和分层次循序渐进等措施有效地促进双语教学的效果,以期对后续的各专科教学提供指导和依据。 Along with the advancement of globalization, in order to raise international compound medical person in strong competition, the bilingual teaching is on the rise in the domain of medical education. This article elaborated the executive plan of bilingual teaching on 5-year-program clinical medicine majors in my university, to implement its teaching pattern, the teachers training, the educational model and the control of the quality of teaching.We proposed through raising the teachers and students' English proficiency,establishing the teaching material and proceeding inadministrative levels to it can effectively promote the bilingual teaching effect in an orderly way, and expects to provide useful instructions and the basis for the following various faculties teaching.
