摘要
记忆性T细胞根据其表型特征和功能不同可分为三个亚群即干细胞样T细胞(Tscm)、中心记忆性T细胞(Tcm)和效应记忆性T细胞(Tem)。其中Tscm和Tcm亚群在一些恶性肿瘤的应用中显示出较强的抗肿瘤效应和临床效果,具有了良好的应用前景。因此,研究记忆性T细胞的分化及其体外扩增培养方案等在肿瘤免疫治疗中具有重要意义。本文对记忆性T细胞亚群的表型特征及功能、分化的调控机制以及在临床肿瘤治疗中的应用进行了总结和展望。
It has been clear that memory T cells can be subdivided into phenotypically as well as functionally different subsets:stem memory T cells(Tscm),central memory T cells(Tcm)and effector memory T cells(Tem).The application of Tscm and Tcm cell subsets for some malignancies shows great advantage of anti-tumor ability and clinical efficacy,which have a promising clinical application.Thus,there is great significance in exploring the memory T cell differentiation and expansion in vitro for tumor immunotherapy.Here,we give the summary and expectations about distinct phenotypes,biological functions and differentiation mechanism of different subtypes in memory T cells,as well as the clinical application of memory T cells in tumor therapy.
