摘要
基于当前民族高校药学类专业实践教学的共同问题,以西南民族大学药学类专业(包括卓越工程师培养)实践教学为例,分析了当前存在的问题和不足,介绍了我校药学类专业在实践教学中的改革措施和实现途径,突出了民族医药特色实践教学培养的内涵,提高民族医药学类卓越人才培养理念,摸索具有现代民族医药特色的本科人才培养模式,以满足民族地区现代医药行业对应用复合型人才的需要。
Based on common problems of current practice teaching model in colleges and universities of pharmacy(in case of College of Pharmacy,Southwest Minzu University,including pharmaceutical outstanding engineers),the existing problems and shortcomings were analyzed,the reform measures and ways to achieve were introduced.The characteristics of traditional ethnic medicine practice teaching model and the improvement of cultivation conception in pharmaceutical engineering(outstanding talents)were highlighted,in order to meet the needs of complex talents in modern pharmaceutical companies,especially in ethnic areas.
