摘要
[目的/意义]深入考察美国国家安全议题领域新兴高端智库——新美国安全中心,探究该中心快速崛起的关键因素,为我国智库发展与建设提供借鉴与思考。[方法 /过程]主要采用文献调研法和网络调研法收集相关资料,结合对中心所发布研究成果的判读、总结,剖析该中心的人才队伍结构、研究内容重心以及政策咨询影响途径。[结果 /结论 ]新美国安全中心高度聚焦于美国国家安全议题,通过延揽关键研究人才、推出高质量研究成果、举办高级别学术活动、受邀参加国会听证会、充分利用社交媒体等措施,发挥了重要的政策咨询作用。这些经验对我国智库建设均有重要借鉴意义。
[Purpose/significance]This paper makes an in-depth study of the emerging high-level think tank in the national security field of the United States-Center for A New American Security.It explores the key factors of the rapid rise of the Center and provides reference and reflection for the development and construction of Chinese think tanks.[Method/process]This paper mainly adopts literature research method and network research method to collect relevant data.Combined with the interpretation and summary of the research released by the center,it analyzes the talent team,research contents and policy consultation influencing ways of the center.[Result/conclusion]The Center for A New American Security is highly focused on the national security issue of the United States.It has played an important role in policy consulting by recruiting key research talents,launching high-quality research results,hosting high-level academic activities,being invited to congressional hearings,and making full use of social media.These experiences are of great significance to the building of think tanks in China.
