摘要
[目的/意义]深入考察美国民调领域著名高端智库——皮尤研究中心,探究该中心对美国公众生活和国际舆论产生的影响,为我国特色新型智库的发展与建设提供借鉴与思考。[方法/过程]主要采用文献调研法和网络调研法收集相关资料,结合对中心所发布研究成果的判读与总结,剖析该中心的地位影响、人才队伍结构、研究内容重心以及政策咨询影响途径。[结果/结论]皮尤研究中心高度聚焦于国际民意调查,主要通过推出高质量研究成果吸引政府参阅、充分利用社交媒体影响公众舆论等措施,为美国在国际舆论中争取了话语权和主动权,发挥了重要的政策咨询作用。这些经验对我国的特色新型智库建设均有重要借鉴意义。
[Purpose/significance]This paper makes an in-depth study of the famous high-end think tank in the field of polling in the United States—Pew Research Center(PRC).It explores the influence of the center on American public life and international public opinion,and provides reference and reflection for the development and construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics.[Method/process]This paper mainly adopts literature research method and network research method to collect relevant data.Combined with the interpretation and summary of the research results released by the center,it analyzes the influence and position,the structure of the talent team,the focus of the research content and the influence of the policy consultation of the center.[Result/conclusion]The Pew Research Center focuses highly on international public opinion surveys,mainly through the introduction of high-quality research results to attract the government’s attention,the full use of social media to influence public opinion and other measures.It has won the right of speech and initiative for the United States in international public opinion and played an important role in policy consultation.These experiences are of great significance to the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics.
