摘要
目的通过对某医院连续5年医疗服务质量与运行效率进行综合评价,为医院效率增长与提升质量的把控提供客观性分析。方法选择8项能够反映运行效率和医疗质量的指标,利用主成分分析法进行评价,对样本医院连续5年的医疗工作做综合性评价分析。结果样本医院运行效率连续5年逐年上升;医疗质量由高到低依次为A3年、A5年、A1年、A4年、A2年;综合排序结果由高到低依次为A3年、A5年、A4年、A1年、A2年。医疗质量最好,运行效率又高的年份为A3年,其次是A5年。结论在医院发展到一定规模情况下,医疗服务质量和运行效率是一对相对矛盾的指标,利用主成分分析法综合性评价医疗工作,为医院管理者做客观分析,为平衡好医院医疗质量安全和医院快速发展关系做决策性依据。
Objective The medical service quality and operation efficiency in a hospital was evaluated comprehensively for five years,in order to provide objective analysis for the improvement of efficiency and quality.Methods Eight indicators that can reflect the operation efficiency and medical quality were selected and evaluated by principal component analysis.Comprehensive evaluation of the hospital's medical service was made for five years.Results The operation efficiency of the hospital rose for consecutively 5 years.The medical quality from high to low was A3,A5,A1,A4,A2,and the comprehensive ranking from high to low was A3,A5,A4,A1,A2.The best medical quality and operation efficiency was A3,and the second was A5.Conclusion Medical service quality and operation efficiency are two opposite indicators when a hospital is developed to a certain scale.Principal component analysis could be adopted to comprehensively evaluate medical service,so as to provide objective analysis for hospital administrators and reference for balancing the relationship between a hospital's service quality and safety and its rapid development.
