摘要
平均住院日是直接反映医院医疗服务效率和资源有效利用,间接反映和衡量医院医疗质量和管理水平的综合指标。缩短平均住院日可以充分利用有效的卫生资源,提高医院的社会和经济效益,减少患者的经济负担。改善门急诊流程与服务模式可以提高诊断水平,提高住院前的确诊率,提高抢救效率以及减少入院后的检查时间,使病人得到早期治疗,从而缩短住院时间。缩短平均住院日应重视加强门急诊的管理,同时亦应改革不合理的医疗保险模式和完善医疗服务体制。
The average hospital stay is a comprehensive index which directly reflects the efficiency of medical services and resources utilization as well as indirectly reflects the medical quality and management level of a hospital. To shorten the hospital stay may promote the sufficient utilization of health resources, incresae the social benefits and economic efficiency of hospital, and reduce the economic burden of patients. Improving the process and mode of outpatient and emergency services may improve diagnositic level, pre-hospital diagnosis rate, and rescue efficiency, as well as reduce the examination time during hospitalization which benefits the early treatment of patients and then shortens the hospital stay. In order to shorten the average hospital stay, the management of outpatient and emergency departments should be enhanced and the existing unreasonable medical insurance mode and medical service system should be reformed.
